Sigma Solve revises final dividend to ₹0.50 per share

Sigma Solve Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a revised final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (50%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision was made during a Board meeting held on August 18, 2026. The revised dividend proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other necessary statutory/regulatory approvals. The Board also approved the revised draft Director Report and the notice for the AGM.
