Signatureglobal Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Signatureglobal (India) Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved both consolidated and standalone results. The meeting also saw the approval for the re-appointment of three Independent Directors: Mr. Chandra Wadhwa, Ms. Lata Pillai, and Mr. Venkatesan Narayanan, each for a second term of five years. Additionally, M/s. Goyal, Goyal & Associates were appointed as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.
