Signatureglobal partners Tonino Lamborghini for Gurugram luxury project

Signatureglobal (India) Ltd has announced a strategic collaboration with the iconic Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A. to develop a landmark premium residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram. The company has entered into a license agreement to brand the residences, with the project to be named "Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram". Spanning approximately 12.40 acres, the development will feature 812 premium residences in 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations. The collaboration involves incorporating Tonino Lamborghini's design philosophy into building facades, amenities, and common areas, which will feature branded products. Commercial terms include flat fees paid in installments and additional fees based on topline performance. This partnership aims to introduce an exclusive Italian luxury living experience to the Indian market, blending Italian elegance with Indian ambition.
