Signatureglobal (India) Ltd reported key financial and operational updates for Q1 FY27. Revenue from operations declined by 37% year-on-year to INR 5.5 billion, compared to INR 8.7 billion in Q1 FY26, and a loss after tax of INR 0.2 billion was recorded, against a profit of INR 0.3 billion in the prior year. This performance was primarily impacted by the timing of project-related revenue recognition. However, pre-sales showed a strong 25% quarter-on-quarter growth, reaching INR 19.7 billion. Average sales realization increased to INR 17,093 per sq. ft. Collections stood at INR 6.7 billion. Net debt increased to INR 3.9 billion, while cash and bank balances remained strong at INR 25.22 billion.
