Signatureglobal Reports Pre-Sales of INR 46.5 Billion in H1FY26

Signature Global, one of the leading real estate development companies in India, reported a healthy set of pre-sales numbers and strong collections for H1FY26. The pre-sales stood at INR 46.5 billion, while collections during the same period were INR 18.7 billion. The average sales realization was INR 15,000 per sq. ft. in Q2FY26. The net debt rose marginally to INR 9.7 billion due to the acquisition of 33.47 acres of land in Sohna.
