Signatureglobal Subsidiaries Issue ₹100 Cr Corporate Guarantee

Signatureglobal (India) Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Signatureglobal Homes Limited, Fantabulous Town Developers Limited, and Signatureglobal Business Park Limited, have issued a corporate guarantee. This guarantee is in favor of ICICI Bank Limited to secure a Rupee Term Loan facility of up to ₹100 crores availed by the parent company. The guarantee is unconditional, absolute, irrevocable, and continuing. The company stated that this corporate guarantee represents a contingent liability for the subsidiaries and has no direct impact on the listed entity.
