Mukesh Sangla, identified as belonging to the Promoter/Promoter group, has acquired 13,904 equity shares of Signet Industries Limited through open market purchases. This acquisition represents 0.05% of the total share capital. Following the transaction, Sangla's total holding in the company increased from 3.97% to 4.02%.
