Signet Industries Sets Record Date for Final Dividend

Signet Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 5, 2026, approved the Board's Report for FY 2025-26, the Secretarial Audit Report, and decided to convene the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026. The company fixed September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting and the record date for determining member entitlement to the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
