Signpost India Appoints Meghna Rajadhyaksha as Independent Director

Signpost India Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Meghna Rajadhyaksha as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director. Her appointment is effective from August 03, 2026, for a term of three years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the convening of the 19th Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026. Additionally, the board recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.50 per equity share, pending shareholder approval. The Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee were also re-constituted.
