Signpost India: Karnataka High Court Clarifies PPP Rights

Signpost India Ltd has received a Clarificatory Order from the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka regarding its Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement with Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). The order clarifies the company's contractual right to erect and maintain advertisement display panels, including those near police booths, subject to safety measures. The Court has directed BBMP to honor the contractual terms and permit Signpost India to proceed with panel erection as per the PPP agreement. The company stated there is no material financial impact from this order.
