Signpost India Ltd to hold EGM for Director Re-appointments

Signpost India Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for August 5, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The primary agenda is the re-appointment of two Independent Directors, Mr. Girish Kulkarni and Mr. Prashant Sanghavi, for a second term of five consecutive years, effective August 6, 2026. Both directors have submitted declarations of independence and met the criteria for re-appointment. The meeting will also address the payment of fees to Mr. Kulkarni as approved by the Board.
