Signpost India Ltd Wins Legal Battle, Allowed to Erect Advertisement Hoardings in Bengaluru

Signpost India Ltd has won a legal battle against the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) as the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka quashed the impugned notices directing the Company to dismantle advertisement structures. The Court has permitted the Company to erect and maintain advertisement hoardings/display structures at mutually identified locations, as per the Public-Private Partnership Agreement executed between the parties. This order will support the recovery of the Company's capital investment and ongoing business operations.
