Silicon Rental Solutions Signs Platform Service Agreement with WeWork India

Silicon Rental Solutions Limited has executed a Platform Service Agreement with WeWork India Management Limited. Under this agreement, Silicon Rental Solutions will offer its IT equipment rental, sales, deployment, maintenance, and e-waste management services to WeWork India's members through their platform. The initial term of the agreement is three years, with renewal options. Silicon Rental Solutions will pay WeWork India a referral fee for converted services. WeWork India acts solely as a platform facilitator, not a service provider. This non-exclusive arrangement does not involve minimum business commitments from WeWork India.
