Silver Oak India Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Silver Oak India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will remain shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are made public. The trading window will reopen thereafter.
