Silver Oak India Ltd Board Approves AGM, Director Appointment

Silver Oak India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 3, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Jalota as an Independent Director for a five-year term starting September 29, 2026. The Board also approved the convening of the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, with a cut-off date for voting on September 22, 2026. Additionally, the Board noted the cessation of Mr. Suresh Kejriwal as an Independent Director upon completion of his second term on September 28, 2026, and approved the Directors' Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Committees including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship will be reconstituted.
