Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Spaces Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for specified persons, including employees, directors, promoters, statutory auditors, and all connected persons. The closure is in view of the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2025. The trading window will commence from October 1, 2025, and will end after 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results. The decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and clarification issued by BSE and SEBI.
