Silver Touch Board approves FY26 results, appoints new CS & internal auditor

Silver Touch Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 30, 2026, approving the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified audit opinion. The Board also appointed M/s Rajiv Ahuja & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY2026-27. Furthermore, Ms. Kashish Purohit resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026, and Mr. Rahul Girdharilal Advani was appointed as her successor, effective May 1, 2026. Various statutory policies were also reviewed and approved.
