Silver Touch Technologies Q4/FY26 Results; CS Resigns, New CS Appointed

Silver Touch Technologies Ltd. announced its Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results, which received an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors M/s Ambalal Patel & Co. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s Rajiv Ahuja & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027. Significant management changes include the resignation of Ms. Kashish Purohit as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026, and the subsequent appointment of Mr. Rahul Girdharilal Advani to the same role, effective May 1, 2026.
