Silverline Technologies Appoints Om Patel as Additional Director

Silverline Technologies Ltd has appointed Om Patel as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective May 30, 2026. The appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on the same date.
