Julien Agro Infratech Ltd has announced its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Diamond Plaza, Kolkata. The meeting will include ordinary business such as adopting audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. Special business includes the appointment of Mr. Harkishan Singh as Chairman and Managing Director cum CEO for a 5-year term and the appointment of Mr. Chandra Shekhar Tibrewala as Whole Time Director Cum CFO. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is September 11, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 15 to September 17, 2026.
