Julien Agro Infratech Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Julien Agro Infratech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The results were taken on record during a board meeting held on August 13, 2026. The company also approved changes in the designation of two directors: Mr. Harkishan Singh will now be Chairman and Managing Director cum CEO, and Mr. Chandra Shekhar Tibrewala will be Whole-time Director cum Chief Financial Officer.
