Trading Window Closure Announced by Julien Agro Infratech Ltd for Q4 FY2025-26

Julien Agro Infratech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of the audited financial results will be intimated later. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of the company during the closure of the trading window.
