This move aims to streamline the disclosure process and ensure compliance with listing obligations. The authorized personnel include Mr. Shalimar Antharathara Ibrahim (Managing Director), Mr. Ramachandran Komath (Chief Financial Officer), and Mrs. Nagashruti Shivanand Lakkimarad (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer).
