Simandhar Impex Appoints New Internal Auditor

Simandhar Impex Limited announced the appointment of M/s. M C Asawa & Co., Chartered Accountants, as their new Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This follows the resignation of the previous internal auditor, M/s. V. K. Surana & Co., Chartered Accountants, effective October 21, 2026. The board meeting also considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report.
