Simandhar Impex MD & KMP Resigns

Simandhar Impex Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Prashant Avantilal Vora from the positions of Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The resignation was approved by the Board of Directors on June 30, 2026, and is effective from the conclusion of the same meeting. The resignation is consequent to a change in control and management of the company due to a Share Purchase Agreement executed on January 14, 2026. The Board has appointed the existing Executive Director as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and KMP to ensure operational continuity.
