Simmonds Marshall Appoints New CEO and CFO

Simmonds Marshall Ltd. announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 7, 2026. Mr. Krishna Mohan has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 7, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Suryakant Sethia will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer starting August 25, 2026, succeeding Mr. Dhruv Pandya who resigned from the CFO position effective August 24, 2026. The company also approved its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and scheduled its 66th Annual General Meeting for September 22, 2026.
