Simplex Castings Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Simplex Castings Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results and also appointed Mr. Chandra Shekhar Sahu as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The 46th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of M/s Meena Naidu & Associates as Scrutinizer for the E-Voting process and M/s M D N & Associates as Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy, with a recommendation for a five-year term. M/s Nistha Agrawal & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. A statement on deviation for proceeds of public issue is also enclosed.
