Simplex Realty: Trading Window Closed for Q3 FY27 Results

Simplex Realty Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives/connected persons. This closure will be effective from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The company will announce the date of the board meeting to consider these results in due course. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
