Navin Chand Suchanti Acquires 0.04% Stake in Sinclairs Hotels

Navin Chand Suchanti and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired a 0.04% stake in Sinclairs Hotels Limited through open market transactions. The acquisition, which occurred on September 15, 2026, increased the total shareholding of the acquirer group to 64.46%. The transaction involved the acquisition of 17,305 shares. The acquirer group, including Navin Chand Suchanti, Niren Chand Suchanti, Pramina Suchanti, Preeti Suchanti Khicha, Pooja Suchanti Shah, Sara Suchanti, Pressman Properties Private Limited, and Pressman Realty Private Limited, are promoters of the company. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 5,12,60,000 equity shares of Rs.2 each.
