The disclosure indicates an acquisition of 145,991 shares, representing 0.28% of the total voting capital. Following this transaction, the total holding of Navin Chand Suchanti and PACs in Sinclairs Hotels Limited has increased to 32,959,930 shares, constituting 64.29% of the total diluted share capital.
