GHV Infra Projects Appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY27

GHV Infra Projects Ltd has appointed H D P & Co. as Internal Auditors and Jitendrakumar & Associates as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the audit committee. The board also approved the reclassification of Mrs. Husena Madam from the 'Promoter Group' to 'Public Shareholder' category, subject to BSE approval. The decisions were made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 22, 2026, where the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
