GHV Infra Projects Reports 171.67% YoY Revenue Growth in Q1FY27

GHV Infra Projects Ltd announced strong financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations surged 171.67% year-on-year to ₹218.59 crore, up from ₹80.46 crore in Q1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 138.35% YoY to ₹11.25 crore. EBITDA recorded a significant growth of 235.93% YoY, reaching ₹28.05 crore, with an improved EBITDA margin of 12.83%. The company also appointed three new Additional Independent Directors: Shri Manoj Aggarwal, Shri Dhanraj O. Tawade, and Shri Swarup Dasgupta, bolstering its board with extensive experience in public administration, infrastructure, and finance. GHV Infra was also recognized with the 'Emerging Contractor of the Year' award.
