Singer India Ltd Schedules 48th AGM for August 7, 2026

Singer India Limited has announced its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 7, 2026, at 1:30 PM IST via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This meeting will be conducted in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations, and various Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars. The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, including the AGM notice, audited financial statements, Director's Report, and Auditor's Report, is being sent electronically to shareholders. The record date for determining eligibility for voting is July 31, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from August 4, 2026, 09:00 AM IST to August 6, 2026, 05:00 PM IST.
