SINGER INDIA LTD., in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, has announced a significant expansion in its production capacity. The company's current annual production capacity stands at 90,000 machines, with a utilization of 69,000 machines. Post-expansion, the company aims to produce 630,000 machines annually. The expansion is expected to be completed within three months from the approval of the concerned authorities. The investment for this expansion will be funded internally. The rationale behind this expansion is to enhance cost competitiveness, increase in-house production capacity, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
