Sir Shadi Lal: NCLT Rectifies Composite Scheme Order

Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd. announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, has passed a Rectification Order dated May 18, 2026, to correct errors in the original order dated May 7, 2026, which sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The rectification addresses discrepancies identified in the original order, and the Rectification Order is now considered part of the original order. The company has submitted certified copies of both the Rectification Order and a combined copy of the Original Order with the Rectification Order to the stock exchanges.
