Sirca Paints India Acquires Business of New Wembley Products LLP for Rs. 20 Crores

Sirca Paints India Ltd (SPIL) has entered into a Business transfer agreement to acquire the business undertaking of New Wembley Products LLP. The acquisition includes the sale and distribution of products, technical know-how, intellectual property rights, customer and vendor relationships, digital assets, and identified employees. The transaction was executed on a 'slump sale' basis for Rs. 20 Crores. The acquisition does not include the manufacturing facilities of New Wembley Products LLP.
