SIS Appoints Rita Kishore Sinha as Executive Chairperson

SIS Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 30, 2026, approved the appointment and redesignation of Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha as the Executive Chairperson for a five-year term, effective May 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Sinha, who previously served as Non-executive Chairperson, brings over 38 years of legal experience. She is also the mother of Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha, Managing Director, and Ms. Rivoli Sinha, Non-Executive Director. Additionally, the Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, which were issued with an unmodified opinion.
