SIS Ltd Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 28% YoY to ₹4,816 Cr

SIS Ltd announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹4,816 crore, marking a significant 28% year-on-year growth. EBITDA increased by 33% YoY to ₹207.1 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a substantial 37% YoY jump to ₹110.7 crore. Key business segments, including Security Solutions India, Security Solutions International, and Facility Management Solutions, all demonstrated strong revenue and EBITDA growth. The company highlighted major wins in sectors like E-commerce, Healthcare, and Energy. SIS Ltd's Group Managing Director, Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha, described Q2 as establishing the trend of FY27 being an inflection year, with expectations of further benefits from Labour Code repricing.
