SIS Ltd to Invest INR 8 Crores in Installco Wify Technology Private Limited

SIS Ltd has approved an investment of up to INR 8 crores in Installco Wify Technology Private Limited through primary and secondary transactions. This investment will result in a total shareholding of 4.56% and will be made by acquiring equity shares from existing shareholders and subscribing to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares. The investment is part of the SIS Ventures program and is expected to be completed before August 31, 2025. Installco Wify Technology Private Limited is a pioneer in the B2B2C home improvement services space and has reported revenue of INR 33.04 crores for the financial year 2023-24 and INR 49.27 crores for the provisional revenue for FY 2024-25.
