Sita Enterprises Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q4 2025 Financial Results

Sita Enterprises Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 03 February 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. The meeting will also transact any other business as specified in the agenda. The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
