For Q4 FY26, the company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹112.41 Lakh on a total revenue of ₹452.14 Lakh. For the full financial year FY26, PAT stood at ₹300.00 Lakh with total revenue from operations at ₹1,700.39 Lakh. The statutory auditors, M/s. Patel Shah & Joshi, issued an unmodified opinion. The Board also approved the appointment of Shri Anil Chomal as Internal Auditor and the re-appointment of Kala Agarwal as Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-2027.
