Siyaram Recycling Reappoints MD & Whole Time Director for 5 Years

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari as Managing Director and Mr. Ramgopal Ochhavlal Maheshwari as Whole Time Director. Both appointments are for a term of five years, effective from August 24, 2026, to August 23, 2031. The reappointments were approved by the shareholders at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. Both directors are not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority. Mr. Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari is the son of Mr. Ramgopal Ochhavlal Maheshwari.
