Ankit Poddar Acquires 1.7 Lakh Siyaram Silk Shares by Gift

Ankit P. Poddar, a promoter of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited, has acquired 1,70,583 equity shares of the company through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Shri Shrikishan D. Poddar, another promoter. This transaction, which occurred on June 8, 2026, was executed off-market. Following the acquisition, Ankit P. Poddar's shareholding in the company has been updated, and the disclosure has been made as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
