Ashok Jalan Acquires 6,924 Siyaram Silk Mills Shares via Gift

Ashok Jalan has acquired 6,924 equity shares of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Smt. Binita Jalan and Shri Dhanraj Ashok Jalan. The acquisition, which took place on June 30, 2026, increased Ashok Jalan's total shareholding in the company to 22,644 shares, representing 0.05% of the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 9,07,40,176 divided into 4,53,70,088 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
