Avnish Poddar Gifts 2.28 Lakh Siyaram Silk Shares

Avnish P. Poddar, a promoter of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited, has acquired 2,28,083 equity shares through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Shri Shrikishan D. Poddar, another promoter. This transaction, occurring on June 8, 2026, increased Avnish P. Poddar's shareholding in the company from 3.84% to 4.34%. The total diluted share capital of the company remains unchanged at 4,53,70,088 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
