Sizemasters Technology Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in securities'. The trading window will remain closed for Directors, Promoter's, Officers and Designated Employees (and their immediate relatives) of the Company from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026.
