SJ Corporation Ltd Changes Registered Office, Renames to Fishfa Industries

SJ Corporation Limited announced several significant changes following a Board of Directors meeting. The company will shift its registered office from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Rajkot, Gujarat, effective October 3, 2026. In a major strategic move, the company also approved a name change to Fishfa Industries Limited, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. Furthermore, two individuals from the Promoter Group, Savji D Patel and Ushaben Savjibhai Patel, are proposed to be reclassified to the Public Category, with Ushaben Savjibhai Patel holding 10,00,000 shares (2.31%). The Board also accepted the resignation of Mrs. Deepa Ashokkumar Dhamecha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and approved the appointment of Mr. Jay Bharatbhai Pansuria to the same roles.
