S.J.S. Enterprises Subsidiaries Enter Solar Power Purchase Agreement with Amplus Energy

S.J.S. Enterprises Ltd. subsidiaries Exotech Plastics Private Limited (EPPL) and Walter Pack Automotive Products India Private Limited (WPI) have signed a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and a Share Subscription & Shareholders’ Agreement (SSSA) with Amplus Energy Solutions Pte Ltd (AESPL) and Amplus Kaveri Solar Private Limited (AKSPL). The agreement is for the supply of up to 4.65 MWp of solar power, with EPPL and WPI agreeing to subscribe to equity shares of AKSPL. This move is expected to make S.J.S. Enterprises a captive consumer for the consumption of solar power generated by AKSPL.
