SJVN Ltd Announces Joint Venture with Assam Power Distribution Company

SJVN Ltd has announced the execution of a Joint Venture Cum Shareholders Agreement with Assam Power Distribution Company Limited. The agreement, signed on 8th April, 2024, aims to develop Renewable Energy Projects/Parks within APDCL/SGEL or SJVN command area and on a pan-India basis. SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Ltd, will hold a 51% shareholding in the joint venture company. No related party transactions are involved, and the agreement does not require any specific disclosures upon termination or amendment.
