SJVN Ltd Commissions 90 MW Omkareshwar Floating Solar Project, Expanding Installed Capacity to 2,466.50 MW

SJVN Ltd has successfully commissioned a 90 MW Omkareshwar Floating Solar Project, executed by its subsidiary SJVN Green Energy Limited. This project is one of the largest floating solar projects in Central & North India, located in District Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh. The project has been developed at a cost of 7646.20 crores and is expected to generate 196.5 million units of energy in the first year, with an estimated cumulative energy generation of 4,629.3 million units over 25 years. This development will increase the company's revenue by 264 crores, further expanding its total installed capacity to 2,466.50 MW.
